Jerome Bulls, 46, Sarasota, died Feb. 24, 2005. He was born Aug. 13, 1958, in Sarasota and was a cement finisher and an Army veteran. Survivors include his life partner, Shirley Smith; a son, Tyrone of Sarasota; a daughter, Jahnella of Sarasota; his mother, Willie M. Cannon of Sarasota; stepsons Gregory Bell and Brian Smith, both of Sarasota; brothers Kedrick and Richard, both of Sarasota, and Willie Cannon of Buffalo, N.Y.; sisters Evangeline Gray of St. Petersburg, Gwen Cannon of Sarasota and Betty J. Shaw of South Carolina; and a grandchild.
